Acrylonitrile and comonomer polymerization of acrylic fibers are produced by wet and dry drafting systems. Acrylic can be used as 100% or mixed with other raw materials and suitable for melange.

The acrylic fabric has very close properties to wool. It is also very similar to cotton. When you touch or look at a product made of acrylic fabric, it gives you the feeling of wool or cotton. It is easily washable and has very low stain retention. At the same time, acrylic fabrics have the ability to retain their shape for a long time. Various insects, such as moth, do not come to this kind of fabric. Polyester Fiber for Mink Blanket

Polymers are melted at 260 ° C and melted to form a filament by soft spinning. These filaments are then subjected to a tensile drawing process to increase their strength.
